  God has promised to hear prayer when it comes from an honest heart that seeks Him with all sincerity. He is faithful to answer prayer according to His will expressed through Holy Scriptures such as 2 Chronicles 7:14,  which states “if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, pray and seek my face, then I will hear their prayer and forgive their sins.'  We can have full confidence that if we diligently seek Him through prayer, God will certainly be faithful in answering our prayers according to his perfect plan for us. Prayer helps build relationships not only between ourselves and God but also between others using scripture such as Ephesians 6:18 “Praying at all times in the Spirit." As we pray together, we are building relationships based on shared beliefs while strengthening each other’s faith walk with Christ.  Prayer should be used daily. 

Prayer is a special type of communication between our Creator and us that helps us to grow in faith, trust, and relationship with Him. When we pray first thing in the morning, it grounds us spiritually for the day ahead. It helps free us from the distractions of the world around us and lifts our spirits as we submit ourselves to God's will. Prayer reminds us that He is always there for guidance and direction as well as comfort when needed.  In addition to prayer providing peace, clarity, and strength through its connection with God, it also plays an important role in helping build relationships with those around us. As we pray for others’ needs or just express love through prayer on their behalf, they often feel encouraged by knowing they are being thought of in such a way. The term “praying buddy” wasn't coined out of thin air; prayer can truly be a great way for two people to bond over each other's spiritual lives!
