Lord, I need You to help me today. Sometimes it feels like I'm juggling so many things that I forget to take care of myself. It’s easy to get wrapped up in everyone else’s needs, but You remind me that if I don’t look after myself, I won’t have anything left to give.



Help me to see that my health, my peace, my well-being matter to You. Just like a shepherd tends to each sheep, You care for me too. Teach me to prioritize what You’ve placed in my hands—starting with the body, mind, and heart You’ve given me.

When the world pulls me in every direction, let Your voice pull me back. I’m not meant to run on empty, and You’ve promised to refill me. So, I surrender my stress, my fatigue, my everything to You—knowing that with You, I’m never alone in this journey. Amen.
